Instead of building on top of the land, the architects carved the entire residence directly into the earth, allowing the hills above to remain completely untouched. From the outside, the house is nearly invisible — blending seamlessly with grass, stone, and terrain.

Inside, the space opens into a series of calm, minimalist rooms carved from raw concrete and natural rock. Light enters through carefully placed openings, skylights, and courtyards, guiding sunlight deep underground while maintaining privacy and thermal stability.

The design takes inspiration from natural burrows and ant networks, using the earth itself as insulation. This keeps the interior cool during hot seasons and warm when temperatures drop, reducing the need for artificial climate control.
